Please submit the entries on or before 15th April, 2025 (Tue).

Stage 2 – Submission

Participants must submit the following materials on this website (upload to ”My Account”):
A. Entry
B. Cover Page
C. Proof of academic qualification (Leader)
D. Invention and Supplementary Materials (if any; the actual invention does not need to be submitted for the initial judging before the project submission deadline. As for the final judging, participants are required to arrange delivery of their inventions to the exhibition venue by themselves.

Innovation Group “Entry” Definition
  • Research Thesis:
    • a thesis report
    • to ensure fairness of the competition, please remove all the names or logos of your institutions from the report (if any)
    • please refer to the Innovation – Thesis Guidelines
  • Invention:
    • an invention report
    • no specific format/ content requirement
    • language: in Chinese OR English (bilingual versions only required for 1) the project title and 2)short introduction)
    • participants are welcomed to attach a short introduction video if they find written explanations insufficient
    • the actual invention does not need to be submitted for the initial judging before the project submission deadline; as for the final judging, participants are required to arrange delivery of their inventions to the exhibition venue by themselves

Entrepreneurship Group “Entry” Definition
  • PowerPoint Slides:
    • within 20 slides, please refer to the “Entrepreneurship PPT Guidelines” page
    • language: in Chinese OR English (bilingual versions only required for 1) the project title and 2)short introduction)
    • participants are welcomed to attach a short introduction video if they find written explanations insufficient to be submitted on or before the submission deadline
  • Proposal:
    • a detailed explanation of the PPT content could be submitted after the initial judging
Final Judging Submission
  • Exhibition Boards:
    • finalists from both the Innovation and Entrepreneurship group are required to prepare one exhibition boards for the final judging and public exhibition
    • detailed requirements of the boards will be released after the initial judging
  • Invention (if applicable):
    • finalists will need to arrange delivery of their actual inventions to the exhibition venue by themselves
